Dr. Stella Chou, M.D., PhD
Dr. Stella Chou has a B.S. and M.D. from Indiana University and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, School of Medicine. She performed an ophthalmology externship at Johns Hopkins and completed a transitional medicine internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis. She did her ophthalmology residency at the John Moran Eye Center, part of the University Of Utah School Of Medicine.
Dr. Chou also has vast training and experience in plastic and aesthetics. She was trained by world renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Mulholland on facial aesthetic procedures and oculoplastics by Dr. Richard Anderson. Dr. Chou has multiple publications in medical journals and textbooks.
Dr. Chou is a well-trained and experienced surgeon. She is board-certified as well as specializing in Ophthalmology and aesthetics of the eye and face. Dr. Chou is also an active medical staff member at Alta View Hospital, Salt Lake Regional Hospital, and Riverton Hospital. She covers local hospital emergency departments and InstaCare facilities.
Dr. Chou has vast experience in aesthetic treatments. She combines anti-aging hormone therapy with the most innovative aesthetic treatments to ensure the best possible results.
As a caring physician and experienced surgeon, she is well liked by her patients and well respected by her peers in the community. In her free time, Dr. Chou enjoys golf, skiing, tennis, climbing, biking and spending time with her family and two adorable dogs.
